CHICKEN WINGS IN SOY MARINATE

When you eat these chicken wings in soy marinade, I invite you not to take the fork and the knife to the table. There is no greater pleasure than eating them by hand and I don't care if I get my fingers dirty. Even the code of manners says that chicken that contains bone can be eaten by hand.

And I don't think you need a special plating for this recipe. You can put all the wings in a large bowl and the garnish in the other bowl and each one takes as much as he wants on his plate.

We ate them immediately adding a little sauce over them. We had plain rice for the garnish, but if you want you can prepare plain Chinese rice or fried Chinese rice with eggs and vegetables.

Preparation KFC spicy wings

Kung Pao mushrooms are adapted from one of the most famous Chinese recipes: Kung Pao chicken.

The recipe is easier than it seems at first glance, and the result is spectacular. The spicy and salty mixture of mushrooms with peppers and walnuts combines wonderfully with the sweet sauce and is served with a garnish of rice or noodles. It is a recipe that I can confidently say resembles, both in appearance and taste, a dish that we serve at top restaurants.

The original recipe is with hazelnuts, I replaced them with walnut kernels. We can also put almonds. We control the balance between sweet and spicy from the ingredients. I don't like very spicy food so I just put a few slices of hot pepper.

Two portions come out of the ingredients below, as you can see in the photos.

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 170 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 100 g nuts
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • ginger powder
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 2 green onions
  • 1/2 hot pepper
  • Sesame seeds
  • 125 g brown rice
  • salt pepper

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, sugar, balsamic vinegar, water and cornstarch. Cook over low heat until the mixture thickens. We stop the fire and put it aside.

2. In a frying pan add in a tablespoon of olive oil the washed and sliced ​​mushrooms. Heat them over low heat, covered with a lid, until soft. We take them out on a plate and set them aside.

3. In the same pan, mix in a tablespoon of olive oil chopped green onions, garlic cloves put through the press, ginger powder, finely chopped hot pepper, salt and pepper. Saute for 1 minute, then add the diced yellow and red peppers. We heat them for 1 minute and add the mushrooms that we put aside. We also put the sauce on top, the finely chopped walnuts and the sesame seeds. Let them simmer for another 1-2 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, boil the rice, when it is ready, pass it, season it with a little salt, pepper and soy sauce.

Serve the Kung Pao mushrooms with a rice garnish, seasoned with a few sesame seeds!

The recipe is easy to prepare and the wings become crispy even if they are not fried in oil.

The wings can be served with any garnish, potatoes, pasta, rice or salad, I chose the star of the season: new potatoes.

  • 5 tablespoons ketchup
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoons worchester sauce
  • 100 ml wine

Method of preparation

Prepare the marinade: put all the ingredients in a bowl where the wings will fit together with ketchup, soy sauce, worchester sauce, wine and lemon juice. Mix well, clean the onion and a clove of garlic, grate both, add more salt and pepper and mix well.

Glazed wings

I showed you yesterday cream soup for which I used chicken soup obtained by boiling some wings. Today I show you what I did with the wings (I like chicken and because I can usually make 2-3 dishes from the same chicken & # 8211 in fact, I think my record is 4 dishes from the same chicken, on the same table).

So, I washed the wings, then boiled them in salted water (a little salt).

I placed the wings on a baking sheet, in a tray, without fat, without water. I put the tray in the hot oven at 200 degrees Celsius. I left her there for a quarter of an hour.

Today, I will offer grilled chicken meat lovers this recipe for spicy chicken wings, a dish that is easy to prepare and suitable for any occasion due to the short cooking time.

For the preparation you need the following ingredients: 6 chicken wings 3 salads, finely chopped 20 g ginger root, finely chopped 2 tablespoons red curry paste 1 teaspoon chili paste with garlic 1 teaspoon palm sugar 1 tablespoon sesame oil juice from 1 lime salt freshly ground black pepper.

Preparation of spicy chicken wings: In a mortar, crush the salads, ginger and palm sugar, then put all the ingredients listed above in a bowl.

Add the red curry paste, hot pepper paste with garlic, sesame oil and lime juice.

When the delicious spicy chicken wings are ready browned, take them off the grill, transfer them to a plate and serve them as you wish & that is either as part of a hot snack plate or as a main course, joining poultry a garnish of rice or simply a simple and tasty salad.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
