Ice cream:

Mix the eggs with the sugar, add the starch and put the pan on low heat, stirring continuously for about 10 minutes, until it thickens. Add the vanilla essence to taste and leave to cool. After it has cooled, mix the cream with the whipped cream. Wallpaper the form in which the ice cream will be placed with food foil and put it in the freezer.
