I washed the mushrooms and cut them into slices and then on a slice of croque-monsieur bread I placed a slice of cheese, a slice of ham and then the cherry tomatoes washed and sliced, some slices of mushrooms and sprinkled a little salt and over them I added a slice of bread over which I placed slices of mushrooms.
I placed them one by one for browning in the croque-monsieur machine.
Serve hot!
