The pasta is boiled in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes (as it says on the box).
In a pan put finely chopped green onions and sliced leeks with olive oil.
Heat for a few minutes, then add half a glass of water and bring to a boil until the juice drops.
Fill with water, add sour cream, spices and a few fresh basil strands mix well.
Put the cooked pasta over the sauce, leave it for a few minutes and serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
