Pass the bananas with a fork.
Add the egg, sugar and then mix. Add the yogurt and flour and mix. The dough should not flow, be thicker, if necessary, add more flour.
Take a spoonful of the donut dough and fry it in a hot oil bath.
Banana donuts are ready when they turn golden.
We serve them with powdered sugar sprinkled on top or without (we preferred without)!
