Expert Tips
- Tahini is made from toasted ground sesame seeds. It is sometimes made from untoasted seeds and is labeled “raw.”
- Look for tahini in the condiment aisle of your grocery store.
- Softening the cream cheese will make it much easier to blend with the tahini.
